CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THERAPY STAGE 1. NOW, LET’S CONTINUE WITH THERAPY STAGE 2.

“Your Name Determines Your Life Path.”

THERAPY STAGE 2

Building Your New Identity

After completing Therapy Stage 1, you can continue with Therapy Stage 2.

In Stage 1, you built the foundation.
In Stage 2, you begin building the positive qualities and identity you want to develop in yourself and your life.

Therapy Stage 2 is practiced for 100 days.

1. Prepare Your Therapy Notebook

Use a notebook for Therapy Stage 2.

Draw a line down the middle of the page so that you have two sections:

LEFT: NEGATIVE
RIGHT: POSITIVE

You may also use other words such as Bad & Good. The wording is up to you.

The important thing is:

Left side = what you want to change
Right side = what you want to build

2. Reflect on Yourself

Take some quiet time to reflect.

Write down 5 things about yourself that you feel are negative or that you would like to change.

For example:

  1. I am lazy.

  2. I am careless.

  3. I am unlucky.

  4. I am unhealthy.

  5. I have difficulty being disciplined.

These are only examples.

Take your time to find 5 things that are personally meaningful to you and that you truly want to change.

3. Write the Positive Version

After writing your 5 negative points, write the positive version on the right side.

For example:

NegativePositive
I am lazyI am productive and consistent
I am carelessI am careful and organized
I am unluckyI am lucky
I am unhealthyI am healthy
I have difficulty being disciplinedI am disciplined

The positive statement should represent the positive quality or identity you want to build.

4. One Set = One Session

Once you have completed all 5 pairs, draw a line underneath them.

These 5 negative-positive pairs are called one therapy session.

You can do several sessions in one day.

For example:

Session 1: Morning

Session 2: Afternoon

Session 3: Evening

Session 4: Night

Session 5: Before bed

You may do as many sessions as you feel comfortable with.

The minimum is 1 session per day.

5. How to Do One Therapy Session

Start with the first positive statement.

For example:

“I am productive and consistent.”

Take a breath in while saying the positive statement silently in your mind:

“I am productive and consistent.”

Then breathe out while directing your attention to the negative statement:

“I am lazy.”

Then continue with the second pair.

For example:

Breathe in:
“I am careful and organized.”

Breathe out:
“I am careless.”

Continue this process until you have completed all 5 pairs.

The pattern is:

Breathe in → Positive statement
Breathe out → Negative statement

Complete all 5 pairs.

6. Read Only the Positive Statements

After completing all 5 pairs, read only the positive statements.

For example:

I am productive and consistent.
I am careful and organized.
I am lucky.
I am healthy.
I am disciplined.

Read them calmly and naturally.

7. Tapping and Breathing

After reading all the positive statements, take 3 deep breaths.

While reading the positive statements, gently tap your crown area

Top of your head (crown area).

Tap gently while saying your positive statements.

After that, take 3 more deep breaths.

Your therapy session is now complete.

8. Continue for 100 Days

Continue Therapy Stage 2 for 100 days.

Keep Your Statements the Same

Once you have written your 5 negative and positive pairs, do not change them during the 100 days.

That is why it is important to take your time and reflect carefully before choosing your 5 points.

Choose the things that are truly important for you to change and the positive qualities you want to build.

What If I Miss a Day?

If you forget to do the therapy on a particular day, you do not need to start again from Day 1.

Simply continue the next day.

The missed day does not count as a completed therapy day.

For example:

  • Day 1 → Done

  • Day 2 → Done

  • Day 3 → Done

  • Day 4 → Done

  • Day 5 → Missed

  • Day 6 → Continue as Day 5

There is no need to restart from Day 1.
